I have a Brunton solar charger. It can ride on top of a pack or panniers charging while moving.
Besides, after all of the stoves I've owned ( from the Svea 123a to Optimus to Larry Penberthy's original multi-fuel to Propane-Butane hybrids) I'm ecstatically happy with my Jetboil rig. I'm not changing for another USB port.
Now, if they would sell a USB "hot plate" to go between the heat source & pan, I might well buy.
