I use to complain about my old roommate that would do this. It got to the point of passive aggression, I would put it on the roll and he'd take it off just to spite me. I thought maybe he had back problems and couldn't turn, so I worked with a PT friend of mine to come up with some tests I could do without him knowing. Nope. He passed without any issues. Just passive aggression. I guess his parents made him change the TP once too many times.

Another height of laziness is taking 5 or 6 cubes out of the ice cube tray (don't have an ice cube maker & never will) and sticking it back in the freezer without watering up the spaces.
Guilty. Frequently.
Actually, there is a height that surpasses the definition illustrated in the picture in the post, although I probably shouldn't say, because I actually did it once, but it doesn't count because it was an emergency, and anyway in my bathroom the toilet paper stash is not reachable "ex cathedra".
