Unbreakable: Self-Defense Umbrella

Wrote Ade Oshineye: "I'm really tempted to buy this umbrella. That's partly because of this scary video. On the other hand, I suspect the people in the video would be just as scary without the umbrella."

I'm thinking you'd best not take this to the airport or you'll find yourself sans tricked-out brolly in a room with a mirror.

Fair warning.

From the website:

Unbreakable Self-Defense Umbrella

Truly the Clark Kent of umbrellas: discreet, yet able to pack a wallop at any moment.

Anyone who can use a stick for defense can use this umbrella.

Do you know how to swing a baseball bat?

Do you know how to strike with a sturdy stick?

If you do, you know all you need to know….

The Unbreakable Self Defense Umbrella looks like any ordinary umbrella, yet is able to strike as hard as a steel pipe.

The umbrella does not contain any higher than normal amount of metal and therefore does not attract unwanted attention.

It is made of a proprietary type of plastic so strong that you can drive a tank over it and it will not break.

Best of all, it only weighs 1.5 lbs!

It does not cause strange looks if carried by an able-bodied person, and it will even protect you from rain!

It is covered in state-of-the-art waterproof fabric.

So effective and discreet, these are carried by members of the Philippines' Presidential Security Group.

"So effective and discreet, these are carried by members of the Philippines' Presidential Security Group." — what higher proof of efficacy could there possibly be? GIMME A BREAK!

Too great.

@ foreign language in the video: It is Korean. It is just one to ten and bears no relation to the English on the screen.
