Comments

When I had surgery, the surgeon explained what he was going to do and asked if I had any questions.

"Yeah," I said. "When will I meet my anesthesiologist?"

The surgeon blinked. "Why do you want to meet him?"

"'Cause you're just going to cut me. He's going to poison me. I have confidence in you. I want to have faith in him."

"Oh," he said.

"Besides, if you screw up, I'll sue you. If he screws up, my widow will sue him."
