Experts' Expert: Apollonia Poilâne's favorite websites

From Kate Murphy's interview with Ms. Poilâne in today's New York Times: "Apollonia Poilâne is the chief executive of Poilâne, a celebrated artisanal bread baker in Paris that supplies the Élysée Palace as well as more than 2,500 of the city’s retailers and restaurants. She took over the family business in 2002 at age 18 when her parents died in a helicopter crash."

Asked for her favorite websites, she replied, "I enjoy checking out the Web site of the chef Olivier Roellinger. It's called Les Maisons de Bricourt and has gorgeous pictures [above] of the different places he has in Brittany."

"I also like the Web site of Axel Vervoordt, a Belgian antiques dealer. He has the most gorgeous selection of both antique and modern pieces [above and below]."
