Jefferson Airplane performs "White Rabbit" at Woodstock

Feed your head.

On August 17, 1969, a lot of people did just that.

You say you're too young to have been there so you deserve an encore?

Your wish is my demand.

From the same set, "Somebody to Love."

Back in the day I loved Grace Slick's hair.

Still do.

FunFact: "Jefferson Airplane were scheduled as the headliner for Saturday, August 16, 1969, the second day of Woodstock, but finally started in Sunday morning around 8:00 am (or earlier)."

They played for 100 minutes.

By the time we got to Woodstock, we were haaalf a milliion strooonng.... God that sounded great through my Skullcandy crusher headphones! How could they be so high and sound so good? And yes, I too was thinking what great hair she had... and so young. Oh, speaking of fleeting youth, happy day after our birthdays Joe!(It's still the 9th here in California). Sorry I forgot.
