bookofjoe's Favorite Thing: 3M Mounting Squares

Screen Shot 2016-06-30 at 5.44.09 AM

These are so ubiquitous in my life, it took me till today to realize that others don't take them for granted as essential tools.

I've been using both flavors — Permanent and Removable — for at least 30 years for so many different purposes I'm not going to even try to recount them here: read the copy and comments at Amazon if you want details.

Permanent: $3.99 for 16 1-inch squares.

Removable: $2.14 for 16 1-inch squares.

I also can't live without this!

Another would be,

VELCRO - Industrial Strength - Extreme - 4" x 1" Strips (Amazon or?)

NOT your Dads Velcro!

Yes! I second this too. I just discovered the removable ones after painting my daughters room with a nice mat chocolate brown paint and not wanting to commit to hanging things in any one place. They work like a charm. I cut them into fourths for smaller photos and they work great full size for even laminated posters. Thanks for reminding me that I need to order more.
