I was surprised to see how much of the U.S. finds it reprehensible or even criminal. I'll bet a swab from 23&me would reveal a lot more than we know. Queen Victoria must be rolling in her grave.

The PRC had a one-child policy for so long that the Chinese do not have cousins. Think about it.
