In-Out Alarm Clock

1

Genius.

2

I'm not the only one who thinks so: this clock won a 2016 Red Dot Design Award.

Wrote Michael Hsu in the Wall Street Journal:

•••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••

To turn the alarm on, press the top of the clock and a smaller, separate screen that displays the alarm time will pop up.

If the pop-up screen is visible, you can be sure the alarm will go off.

Setting either the current time or alarm time is unusually simple.

Gigantic + and - buttons span the entire back of the clock and the pop-up display.

Press + to toggle the time later, - to toggle it earlier.

Backlight turns on with a gentle touch.

Tap the top of the alarm to activate the "snooze" function.

Especially anxious about whether you've set the alarm correctly?

Use the optional 24-hour military-time setting to ensure you never accidentally set the alarm for p.m. instead of a.m.

Features and Details:

• Six colors: White, Red, Dark Grey, Blue, Teal, bookofjoe Green (above)

• Touch sensor-activated snooze and light

• Requires 2 AAA batteries (included)

• Large easy-to-read numbers

• 4.5"W x 1.5"D x 2.3/3.1"H

• Designed by Hector Serrano

•••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••

$45.

My pa always told me the more things on/in something, the more things that can go wrong. I think that applies to this design quite well.
