bookofjoe's Favorite Thing: Deep River Aged Cheddar Horseradish Potato Chips

So good they should be illegal.

The only store in Podunkville that sells these is Foods of All Nations, where they cost around $2/bag.

Amazon will sell you 24 of those bags for $22.33 (less than a buck each, shipping included) — what's not to like about that?

I can happily have a bag every day: just the right blend of heat and flavor and superb crunch and mouthfeel.

So crisp you can hurt your mouth if you bite wrong, so masticate lightly at first.

A case of these just arrived. Immediate testing ensued. boj's review is accurate. They are quite good.

More testing will be conducted. 23 bags to go.

*Phew* for a moment I thought the chips were aged in a deep river.

I just descovered Deep River chips two weeks ago at Stanford Hospital. The simple plain ones are soooo good. I love the packaging and their mission too. All good.
