No procreation going on in the month of April? What happened to the adage " In the spring a young man's fancy lightly turns to thoughts of love". Makes no sense when you think about it.

Interesting how there are dips around certain holidays. Is it possibly due to fewer c-sections being scheduled? I have a hard time imagining natural births waiting for 4th of July to pass.
