How Millennial Are You? — Part 2: The Returns Are In

Screen Shot 2020-09-21 at 9.55.23 AM

Last Friday's Part 1 post generated 9 (nine) comments: that's the most since the halcyon days of ten years ago.

But I digress.

Up top, the actual comments of those who generously took time out of their busy days to post a number.

The results, summarized:

0 - Intel Curo

0 - xoxoxoBruce

2 - antares

3 - Luke

3 - Rocketboy_X

3 - Flautist

4 - Me

"Cancelled" - Ms. Radoo

20 - clif

The only millennial among commenters is clif.

Clearly, bookofjoe's audience — at least those willing to go on the record — consists of Cancelled peeps, pretty much.

For those who haven't yet weighed in, here's another chance:

6 = BASIC.
Question: Is that good or bad for a little old 60-year old lady?

15

I am a last year boomer, and my Gen Z kids think I eat too much weird stuff.

I got an honest 15 without counting these three: I ordered avocado toast once at a place and they were out, I haven't gotten around to making overnight oats yet but I've been thinking about it for over a year, and I waffle many things but a sandwich hasn't interested me yet.

I still say that my unofficial score would be 1 at best.

Five or six; I suppose I had quinoa, but not voluntarily. And rose should not count.

I think us GenX-ers are the real deal. The rest of those faux mofos think they are fly but no...

We've been hip since the day we were born and aren't going to stop just because the youngies are reinventing the wheel and reappropriating our culture.

I'm a tail end boomer, I scored a 3.

I'm not sure if I can count avocado toast since I actually made it myself instead of getting gouged for one in a trendy restaurant. I believe it cost me about 50 cents a slice.

I have never been in a restaurant that sold it...

Scored a 6. At age 78, I would think that the score would be closer to zero, but...

I'm an OK Boomer who scored 7.

Don't like to be classified as CANCELLED, I am just a dead hippy who keeps on watching Baraka over and over again https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LETtcYGc__4

This Gen X-er scores 17. I can't wait for the "How Generation Z Are You?" quiz.
