Still jarring after all these months
Above, a picture that appears above the fold on the front page of today's local paper, of shoppers on Black Friday on Podunkville's Downtown Mall.
It still looks more like a still from a sci-fi movie than real life.
I wonder how many more years till it becomes unremarkable to people over the age of three.

The photos I find most jarring show some idiot with his nose out in the middle of a masked group. Or shots from gallery openings (!!) where half the people are wearing no mask at all. It seems the stupid is strong down here in Texas. :-(
