Who's Number 100?
Why, it's me.
It took me 3.5 years to break into the Hacker News Top 100 karma rankings.
Once I did, I stopped to catch my breath and realized being at the very bottom was as good as being at the top in terms of visibility — and takes a lot less effort.
I'll just chill for a while until whoever's number 101 usurps my bottom feeder spot, at which point I'll gear up my karma machine for a bit to reclaim my place.

'The Librarian' — Giuseppe Arcimboldo
Everyone's seen his iconic 'Vortumnus (Vertumno)' (below)
but only this week did I happen on his wonderful c. 1566 painting pictured up top.
Oil on canvas, measuring 38" × 28", it's in the collection of Skokloster Castle in Sweden.
More?
Below, "The Waiter,"
painted in 1574.
