Hmm lots of free hickory nuts in the fall, but they are almost impossible to get the meat out. Maybe this would work?

Oooh! I want one.
Made with a very low-friction recirculating ball screw.
I had no idea that recirculating ball screws were available as an off-the-shelf assembly.

Hmmm. I could buy a whole lot of good nuts for $3300.
