'96 Tears' — Question Mark & The Mysterians

In August of 1966 this fantastic song burst onto AM radio.

By October of that year it was #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 in the U.S.

From Wikipedia:

The song was written by Question Mark (Rudy Martinez) in 1962 in his manager's living room, and was recorded in Bay City, Michigan.

Known for its signature organ licks and bare-bones lyrics, "96 Tears" is recognized as one of the first garage band hits, and has even been given credit for starting the punk rock movement.

It's on my all-time Top 10 list.

Machine prints paved roads

This is how they do it in the Netherlands.

Using the robot bricklayer, a crew can lay 3,200 square feet of paved brick road a day, far more than a team of men.

Fatigue, back strain, and other injuries are avoided.

My Podunkville Wegmans upped its cart return game during the six weeks preceding my visit yesterday for my usual curbside pickup.

I'm thinking they'll get pretty good compliance with the sign's requests.

For one, they started with "please"; for another, being a good Wegmans shopper requires no extra effort.
