Hard Cheese Knife

1:2

The one I'm featuring here is the best such knife I've ever used and I've tried many over the years.

Pro Tip: It's the one whose use is least likely to result in an ER visit.

Features and Details:

• Unique open surface blade minimizes cheese adhesion

• Sharp serrated stainless steel blade

• 12"L; 5.5"L blade

• Weight: 6.6 oz

$9.64 (aged hard cheese included with orders from Atlanta's southern suburbs; specify 14-month raw milk Manchego or 5-year Gouda).

One more thing: Try to let hard cheeses come to room temperature by removing them from the fridge at least an hour before cutting and serving.

Not only will they cut way more easily, but they also taste far better than when chilled, with much enhanced mouthfeel.
