I agree with the payphone. It's probably in Rochester, I recognize the exchanges.

Genesee Brewery, Building #6, Rochester, NY

Fun fact, I rode in the Tour de Cure for the Genesse Beer coasters coincidentally I'm wearing a tdc shirt right now. The brewery is named for the River that it sits above. It's has a beautiful beautiful view of high falls from their restaurant, nice shot on the link below.
