Grocery Delivery FTW
There's no way I would have ever considered having groceries delivered if Covid hadn't come along and shaken things up.
But now that it's my default shopping method, I can't imagine ever doing it the old way again.
Consider how many times you have to lift items if you go to the store in person:
1. From shelf/case/rack to shopping cart
2. Shopping cart to checker conveyor belt
3. Conveyor belt (after bagging) into shopping cart
4. Shopping cart to car
5. Car to kitchen
The above scenario doesn't even take into consideration wandering around the store looking for things, wandering around the parking lot trying to remember where you parked, and driving to and from the store.

Shopping is my connection to our hunter, gather days and putting things in/out of the cart is part of my exercise. Without those trips I would be almost completely sedentary. ;)
