Typepad is the world's first quantum internet platform
The penny dropped the other day while I attempted for about the tenth time to upload a photo to a boj post.
Back came all manner of error messages, two of which appear above and below.
[FunFact: it took six FAILs before I was able to successfully upload the error message above.]
Nevertheless, I persisted, and the image finally made it.
This sort of thing happens all the time.
You may have noticed occasionally that images are broken on boj: they were fine when I uploaded them because I always confirm that's the case before publishing.
Yet somehow Typepad takes a perfectly fine image after I publish it and breaks it en route to its scheduled appearance in real time.
That means that I just can't post stuff and forget about, but rather I have to check on each and every post to make sure it's appeared on schedule and in the form I wanted it, sort of like having to make sure a kid's done their homework or washed their hands before dinner.
The quantum aspect is the echo of tunneling:
most particles hit a functional wall and bounce off yet occasionally one goes right through and appears on the other side even though classically that's impossible.
