What type are you?
Long story short: Monkeytype offers a chance to quantify your typing skills.
From the website:
Monkeytype is a minimalistic and customizable typing test.It features many test modes, an account system to save your typing speed history, and user-configurable features such as themes, sounds, a smooth caret, and more.Monkeytype attempts to emulate the experience of natural keyboard typing during a typing test, by unobtrusively presenting the text prompts and displaying typed characters in-place, providing straightforward, real-time feedback on typos, speed, and accuracy.Test yourself in various modes, track your progress and improve your speed.
Free, the way we like it.

Tardigrade walking across a glass slide
Note that this video shows the underside of the tardigrade: the camera was positioned beneath the slide.
Much more about tardigrades here.

CHERRY Slidepad Arm/Wrist Rest
I've been using a Belkin gel wrist rest for my mousing hand since forever but lately even its smooth fabric surface has become a little irritating against my skin.
I had my Crack Research Team©® see if there's anything new in this department and indeed there is: the CHERRY device pictured above and below.
Unlike other wrist rests with adhesive surfaces underneath meant to stay put on your desk,
this one has four slippery contact points (above) to enable the support to move along with your arm
and thus prevent friction between skin and tool.
Rather than gel padding like in the Belkin, the CHERRY employs memory foam to cushion your wrist.
I like it.
Strange looking in a good way, like it might be right at home on the holodeck of the Enterprise.
Symmetrical so it works with either arm; you can use two for typing.
