Helpful Hints from joeeze: No short charging cable? Make your own!

I've spent a lot of time looking for ultra-short USB-C to USB-C and USB-C to Lightning charging cables because my cat loves to attack visible cables and wires.

The closest I've come to what I want — 2"-3"-long connectors — are the 8" C-C puppy and 12" C-Lightning cables below.

The penny dropped just now: loop these cables and Bob's your uncle. 

Now you can make any cable/wire as short as you like.
