Unfortunately the cassette mechanisms being made now are all of a very similar design and quality... Spoiler Alert: The quality isn't very good.

As a matter of fact, the company that is selling this sold a portable cassette player that used the same mechanism mentioned in the above video. The OK portable player was sold at $75 at the time and appears to be standard Alibaba sold unit with different outside plastics.
The "It's Real" bluetooth audio cassette adaptor is another product that's currently being pumped out by any number of factory companies on Amazon.
