The 27 U.S. Constitutional Amendments Explained in Movies

Wrote Randolph Strauss on ranker.com, "I've chosen one movie to coincide with each of the 27 Amendments to the Constitution over the years. In general, these films highlight the  importance of these rights and restrictions, but sometimes they will simply relate to the discussion in a tangential way, because some of the amendments are kind of odd and obscure."
