A shout-out to longtime reader and Rochester [New York] Crack Correspondent©®™ Greg Perkins who took precious time away from his Hawaiian holiday to ask me in the Comments section "Have you ordered it yet?"

That inspired me to call in my Crack Research Team©®™ (CRT) from their Thanksgiving break to find out more: turns out it cost ¥190,000 ($1,830 USD) when it first appeared in 2009.

Who knows what it would cost today if you could even find one on 1st Dibs or Chairish.

Because I'm such a great guy, I'm gonna forego having my CRT spend the rest of the day locating one and instead send them home to enjoy what remains of the holiday.
