'What's in your head — throw it away!' — 10th-century Persian spiritual master Abu Said ibn Abil-Khair
More: "What's in your hand — give it up! Whatever happens — don't turn away from it."
A thousand years later, still good advice.

Whenever I feel myself overwhelmed by handling too many tasks at once, I often describe myself as “dervatious”, a word I made up to describe the feeling of spinning at high speed. Now I realize watching this that they are actually at peace and in a zen like state, so being “dervatious” is something I should actually aspire to. 💃🏻
